All of the staff from Astradskolan, a school in Ljungby, visited KCS Vildmarkscenter on a sunny afternoon in August. This was their first day of work this semester and it started with fun and exciting activities such as going through knots, what´s the sentence and gun shooting. Class 9 from Dammfriskolan, a school from Malmö took the opportunity to take a last trip together before summer hoidays. Despite the intensive heat the teams gave their all to prove who were the best heroes on the fort. After the spectacular plundering they were served lunch followed by some more activities like crate climbing, archery and blowgun. Of course our flying fox was well used! We want to thank Mats and his group for their visit and hope you will come back soon! |

"Only when we were eating we sat down"
Nye skola, a school from Vetlanda, visited KCS Vildmarkscenter in June. On their schedule was a conference during the day and then a good meal in the evening, linedancing and other exciting things.
This is what the guestbook says:
"We came from Nye Skole, a happy group, and in linedance we got a really cool groove.
We threw lasso, shot pistol and only when we ate we sat down.

Klockebackskolan, a school from Asarum in Blekinge had three days at KCS Vildmarkscenter, filled with exciting events. This was their opinion:

Class 5 from Nättrabyskolan ( a school) had two funny days on KCS Vildmarkscenter. They did Heeroes on the forth and then they went out in the forest for mission inth eforest adventure.

A big happy group arrived from Sandåkraskolan and they had a great Party in the evening. They wrote in the guestbook.

Tollarps skola together with friends from Germany became the first school 2008 to visit Lone Star Conferenscenter. It was a fantastic sunny day in April when we all went out on "Mission in the forest". The students had to face all kinds of challanges, and I must say, they did very well. A lot of laughter was heard in the forest that day. The team "Wild Fish" had a very good teamwork and won the whole competition. Congratulation! |  | Korpadalskolan, Asarum

In the end of April a happy group from Belekinge was coming. They spend one day at the Lone Star Konferenscenter.
"What an advanture in the forest! Some of us take a bath in the creek and all of us did bullriding.
We were climbing and took a walk among mosqitos, ants and wilderness. The sun shone from the blue skye and we had such fun!!!"
21 children, 3 techers and 3 parents thanks for a wonderful day!
